🌐 Customers from Other Countries
If you are located in any other country (e.g., India, USA, Germany, Canada, etc.), we do not support direct website orders currently.
However, we can still deliver to your country!

💳 Payment Policy
- • Cash on Delivery (CoD) is available only within the U.A.E.
- • For all other countries, advance payment is required.
- • Once you confirm your order with our team, we will:
- Send you the company bank account details for payment, or
- Create and share a secure online payment link for easy transfer.
📌 Important: If you change your mind after paying, you can contact us via WhatsApp to request a refund. We will process your return request accordingly.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
- • All orders are shipped from our Dubai warehouse.
- • Estimated delivery time: 3–5 working days (depending on your country and courier service).
- • You will receive a tracking number once your shipment has been dispatched.
🧾 Customs Tax & Duty Charges
Please note:
- • The receiver is responsible for any customs tax or import duty based on the shipment value.
