Returns & Exchanges

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect itemplease get in touch with our Customer Service team on the day of delivery to report the issue. We will arrange a replacement promptly.

If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a store credit for the refunded amount, which you can use for future purchases.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
✔ Unused and in its original packaging
✔ In the same condition as when received
✔ Return request made within 7 days of receiving the order

Non-Returnable Items
